Automatically picks contact lenses from a tray, loads them into glass bowls for optical inspection, sorts qualified lenses into trays, reject defective lenses and tops up each tray to full qualified lenses count, and generates comprehensive inspection data reports.The system automatically drains and refills the inspection liquid in the glass bowls to eliminate cross-contamination between batches.
